• The appropriate person will phone a Luxe Auto Rent manager (LAR) and discuss all the details of the assignment and develop an individual rental program based on the client’s requirements. The LAR manager will visit the office of your company, make a commercial offer and register all the necessary documents required to rent the car. You will need a copy of the following documents.
- an appropriate rent agreement between LAR and the company;
- the company’s Certificate of Registration or Accreditation Certificate;
- an extract from the Public Register;
- details of the company’s Certified of the Bank Account;
- TIN.
• The LAR signature on the appropriate rent agreement and the handing over the car is done by the representative of LAR at LAR’s offices;
• The application to rent a car is required 3 working days before taking receipt of the car;
• For a Russian company, the agreement will operate from the moment of official registration until further notice as agreed in the rental agreement.
• For a Foreign organization, the minimum period of rental is the period of accreditation i.e. not less than 6 months.
• The minimum period of rental is 24 hours.
