• VAT;

• Payment is in roubles, in accordance with the Central Bank of Russia's exchange rate prevailing at the time;

• Payment may be made by VISA or Master Card credit cards;

• The minimum rental period is 4 hours of which 100% prepayment is required. Other payment is charged as follows:

• More than 15 minutes - as for the whole hour;
• For 6 hours or more - 5% discount
• For 10 hours or more -15% discount
• Any trip further than 20 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road is considered to be a country trip and is, therefore, charged at double the Moscow rental rate

• Transfers include 2 hours waiting at the airport and 1 hour waiting at the hotel;

• A transfer is considered completed on the arrival at the first destination without taking into consideration the time taken to get there;

• A “transfer” between Moscow and any inhabited locality, 20 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, is considered a country trip and not a transfer;

• If a customer cancels an order less than 1 hour before the due handover time, he will have to pay as for 1 hour.
