**Weekend rates: Friday 7:00 pm – Monday 10:00 am. (Where are weekend rates identified and are Monday through Friday Weekday rates? If they are weekday rates then it should be Mon to Fri and not Fri to Mon).
Weekend mileage limit is 500 km.
Rental rates include:
• VAT;
• Servicing;
Please note that the car will be washed and the interiors cleaned to a standard identified in the handover document. For your convenience, we ask you to return the car in the same state and to make a note of any defects or problems that occurred. We ask your understanding if you have to wait while the car is cleaned for you.
• Insurance;
- Clients are insured for civil liability up to US$50 000;
- Passenger accident liability cover is for a total of US$50,000 based on a lump-sum system;
- The client is fully covered for CASCO or fire and theft.
- As cover for damage to the car, in categories S, CLS and ML, LAR can take up to the sum of the deposit i.e. 72 000 RUR.
- The client can reduce the size of the liability by the following amounts:
- Reduction to 36 000 RUR by paying a 720 RUR surcharge per day when the car has been hired for 3 continuous days or more;
- Reduction to 18 000 RUR by paying a 1080 RUR surcharge per day when the car has been hired for 3 continuous days or more.
- The client can reduce the size of the liability by the following amounts:
- As cover for damage to the car, in categories E and C, LAR can take up to the sum of the deposit i.e. 18 000 RUR.
- The client can reduce the size of the liability by the following amounts:
- Reduction to 3 600 RUR by paying a 540 RUR surcharge per day, when the car is hired for 3 continuous days or more.
- The client can reduce the size of the liability by the following amounts:
- As cover for damage to the car, in category A, LAR can take up to the sum of the deposit i.e. 7 200 RUR.
- The client can reduce the size of the liability by the following amounts:
- Reduction to 1 800 RUR by paying a 360 RUR surcharge per day, when the car is hired for 3 continuous days or more.
• The daily mileage limit is 250 km.
For classes S, CLS and ML, if the daily mileage exceeds 250 km, every additional kilometer costs 20 RUR.
For classes E and C, if daily mileage exceeds 250 km, every additional kilometer costs 15 RUR.
• The car is handed over with a full tank of fuel and it should be returned in the same condition. For a car returned with less than a full tank of petrol, LAR estimate the additional fuel required and the client is charged at the rate of 1 litre AI-95 = 35 RUR.
• Usage of the car is only allowed in Moscow or in suburbs of Moscow. If a client wishes to use the car outside the Moscow Region then they must first submit an application to LAR and renegotiate the rental contract.
